A bug report is far easier to act on with the tool you were using, what you did, what happened, and what you expected instead. The browser and operating system help too, since these tools lean on browser features that differ between them.
Please do not attach the file that caused the problem unless asked. This site exists specifically so your files stay on your machine, and emailing one undoes that.
Suggestions
Welcome, particularly for small self-contained jobs a browser can do without uploading anything. The useful part of a request is the problem you are trying to solve, not the feature you have in mind for it.
